How long can you stay out of country for the visit as such with approved AP?

You can stay out of country until the expiration of your AP, but staying out of country more than 6 months is not recommended.

furke Did you submit the doctor's report stating your grandmother is ill? Is it necessary? Also do you have to send the photographs as well?
