Try Freez Screen Video Capture at http://www.smallvideosoft.com/... You can reduce the resolution so that the video file does not become too large.

nope... never ever will anyone finds if you capture the screen... get a paid one so that it has good frames for capturing. Camtasia is good, in fact very good. The only caveat it has is you have to convert the video if you happen to use in the devices which does not have camtasia installed.
