No,you should not have any issue...though not sure if your TPS is going to be approved by Feb..Heard its taking a while to get TPS approved..if you are apply for TPS, also apply for AP..if you get your H1b stamped use that to enter..if not use AP...

Thanks handle. I am not worried about my TPS getting approved by Feb. I am fine as long as my TPS application doesn't create any problem during my H-1B stamping.

I am also confused on whether or not to apply for TPS. Has anyone on OPT applied for TPS? If so, did you also apply for EAD?

Guys, TPS is not related to your current status at all...having said that I recommend not to screw up your current status just because you have TPS... SIRAK---dont need to apply for EAD as of yet unless you want to spend extra money..just apply the OPT and TPS..

I didn't continue my f1 after my TPS approved and currently i am doing some in-house support for a company they say they can apply my H1 coming year. so if i get selected for H1 i have to go to nepal for stamping and my field in not directly related with employment . if i didn't get H1 stamp can i use my AP to come back. (ps i don't have overstay - i gave up my f1 after Tps approved.) need suggestions
