The whole process will take time bro The crafting of the legislation, bringing the legislation into the House of Commons, debating in parliamentary committees, amending the legislation, voting on the floor of House of Commons, sending the passed legislation to the Senate for reconsideration and finally receiving the royal accent ............... I would say it would take about two years at least. I would be very surprised if they did it within 2 years.
