Hello, I am thinking of going back home to get the H1b stamping as I was filling out the form on page it asks for home address and mailing address. Do I enter the home/apt address here or the address of Nepal. Also in personal information page they ask for Tax payer identification number. I am not sure where I can get this information. Will that be in my tax return? Thank you for help.

Home address and mailing address will be your current address here in US.

ITIN is same as ssn.ITIN is issued when one is not eligible or has ssn.
