My wife and I have decided that we would like to go with some legal process that would forbid both of us to claim each other's property in future if we would be heading for divorce in future. Is there any thing like that as according to Nepal's law? How about according to US law?

A prenuptial agreement ("prenup" for short) is a written contract created by two people before they are married. A prenup typically lists all of the property each person owns (as well as any debts) and specifies what each person's property rights will be after the marriage.

I am talking about after marriage, not before marrriage. I guess I and my wife is already married. :)
