@Bigrekoketto. I feel sorry for your lack of knowledge and your narrow thinking. Its not about one's will. India is obliged to send fuel and other necessary items to Nepal without any obstruction and without any clause, as they have signed contract to sell oil to Nepal. And they can't track back now without any strong reasons. They are not honoring the agreement. Thats it. Its like, if your apartment owner doesn't want you as a tenant, he can't just vacate you out whenever they want. They got to respect the agreement. In any case they are compelled to do it, they need to give prior notice. I guess you understand this simple thing.
