Hi All, I currently have H1b that will expire in May 2016, I am in process to file Green card. Now only PERM Process is underway. 1: What will be my status after TPS expirer in Dec 2016? I heard that it will revert back to previous status (in my case H1B). Can't find legitimate link in this regard. I 2: Since I already have H1b that will allow me to work for current employer. Can I only file I-821 and still be able to use H1B to work ? OR do I have to file I-765 to get Emp Auth. Please share Sammy
