why are Nepalese blaming India?
why are Nepalese so weak and put a blame on others? India has never stopped Nepalese to get oil and food from other countries. Why are they acting like a beggar? Go and get products from other countries. Use air or land transit who cares.

How do you know that india has never pressured nepal to use oil from IOC only. do you know that india has pressured nepal not to open border between china and nepal even during the crisis caused by the earthquake. why do you think border between china and nepal is closed for a long time and why do you think road to china is in dire state. india is a sole reason why we are in our current state.
