a(12) it says is for tps granted and c(19) is for tps pursuant under the instructions for filing i-765. Are we pursuing it since we have not been granted yet individually? Any guys with approved tps shed some light on it? Thanks

If u r applying for TPS and EAD at the same time it's c19. If you already have TPS approved and now are applying for EAD, it's a12.

I am applying for TPS and EAD at the same time. I looked at multiple threads where some people say (a)(12) and otehrs say (c)(19) . Got really confused
