If you bring her in Fiancee visa, you must get married within a certain period of time, or she will risk visa fraud. Plus, you have to prove your marriage plan to the immigration officer who conducts her interview. There is nothing as girlfriend status. Only option is tourist visa, if you are not serious about fiancee visa or go and visit her yourself.

Only logic here is u r an asylee PR and so u can't bring ur gf through marriage. Then say so. Nobody is gonna judge u why/how u applied for asylee. U did what u had to. Tara hawa ma dhwaas udayera suggestion magyo bhane paune uttar chai yestai ho bhai.

hilarious anticipation that might be true with some of u guys. I didn't bother to study about the different possible options about visa, so I was just asking as I see many guys posting this and that about visa status. i am an immigrant like naturalized citizen btw. it was a hypothetical case as I got to marry sooner or later. I won't get the girl who's not worthy enough.
