I want to start a small business related paking food.what should i do to get insured about the food produced by our firm is as hygenic as the consumer have expected??

If it is in the USA then you might wanna check FDA website. http://www.fda.gov/Food/Guidan... Also be careful to have warning about food allergy if your packaged food contains any known allergins. I don't have much info in this regards. Someone working in a restaurant/food business will be more apt to help you with the information.
