Shram karyalaya sticker needed for pending green card?

Hi everyone, I'm traveling to Nepal next month, and my (marriage based) green card is till pending. I'm planning to return to US on "Advance Parole". Does anyone know if I need a letter/sticker from Shram Karyalaya? Any experiences? Thanks!
