This is the begging of downfalls because of so called samanupatik shit. Most of the advance countries don't have it and they are still doing better. Instead of abolishing discrimination and social divisions and wipe out gender, cast and class based discretion using law, education, economic advancement, we instualized it in name of samanupatik shit.
