Time frame to admit in UNited States after receiving Visa

Hello! All, My grandparents got the visa for my graduation in December, 2015. Since it will be cold and snowy in winter I was thinking to bring them here on March,2016.Also,  I won't be able to take them to lot of places if they come on winter. I was wondering how much time frame do they have to admit in United States after receiving visa? I tried to look it up online but couldn't figure it out. non-immigrant b1 visitor visa can travel any time between 5 year visa validity period there is no restriction. it is multiple entry also ....

Punter is 100% correct. My parents got VISA (B1) for my graduation in MAY, 2011. They came here only in OCT 2014 (first time) without any issues. Congratulations Dukhimanche1
