@محمد حمود الذهبي: First, I want to welcome you to our community site. In my case, I sent 2 copies of PP photos along with those two forms. However, I got my EAD card with the pic that was taken during my biometric appointment. Some of the folks in this site mentioned that they applied their TPS without PP photos and got their TPS and EAD approved. Being said that, you should be fine. Happy Friday. :)

my 2 cents: they will probably send your package back and you will have to send the entire package with everything again.

You don't need to send photos, they will take your photos when you go for your biometric. Good Luck.

@Laalmon actually I received the NOA1 for both i-821 and I-765. but what I'm worried about is if USCIS will deny my case because that but it looks like not a big problem because I was thinking They will use The 2 pp photos for the EAD card. Thank you very much everyone for your help. I knew it this is the best place to get answers about TPS issues
