Jagga/ghaderi pass in Nepal
I would like to buy a land (jagga/ghaderi) in Nepal. Currently I'm in US. Is it possible to buy ghaderi/jagga in my name in Nepal without being present over there? If possible, how? please suggest. Your help is appreciated!!! Thanks!

Doubt it . I think you have to be physically present there to buy ghaderi .
