Where can I make a complaint about Nepalese who raised funds for eathquake?

Where can I make a complaint about those who raised funds using gofunds and other ways to raise funds for earthquake and never gave our money to the needy ones. I lost thousands and thousands donating money on earthquakes and I need to know where my money at? You know the saying " My money and I need an answer".
