How to file EAD for Pending Asylum

hi sir haru. I filed asylum 5 months ago and now trying to file EAD. What documents should I submit for i-765? Based on i-765 instructions, it says, 1. A copy of the USCIS acknowledgement mailer which was mailed to you; 2. Other evidence that your Form I-589 was filed with USCIS; 3. Evidence that your Form I-589 was filed with an Immigration Judge at the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR); or 4. Evidence that your asylum application remains under administrative or judicial review. I understand number 1 and 2 from above, what does number 3 or 4 mean? And what else do I need to submit? Do I need to submit passport/photos and things like that?

Hey Anilz, I am assuming antarwarta bhayeko chhaina. you belong to category c(8) Plz read this instructions on page 8. http://www.uscis.gov/i-765 http://www.uscis.gov/sites/def... Instructions for form I-765 I guess 3 &4 aren't related to your case (antarwarta bhayeko chhaina bhane). Good luck,

@anilz bro.....................before giving your answers and i need some info. 1. you filed asylum with USCIS or EOIR? 2. have you ever been in Removal Proceedings? 3. is you asylum EAD stopped OR not?

तेस्तो बिस्तार मा नजानु मित्र । तपाई लाइ चाहिने कागज़ हरु 1) पहिलो पटक को लागि तपाई लाइ त्यों USCIS बाट लैटर आको छ नी निलो आधा पन्ना को । तिम्रो एसाइलम पत्र received भो भनेर तेस्को फोटो कॉपी | त्यों एक दम महत्तो पूर्ण कागज़ हो समलेर राख्नु । 2) तपाई को पासपोर्ट को फोटो कॉपी ( अगाडि फोटो को वीसा को entry को ) 3)2 ता पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो । पठाउदा चै तपाई को स्टेट कुन हो तेस्को लागि भनेर तोकेको सर्विस सेण्टर मा पठाउनु ।

http://www.uscis.gov/i-765-add... Addresses As per the instructions, mailing addresss should be USCIS PO Box 21281 Phoenix, AZ 85036 for california applicant iff category {c(8)-->pending asylum}
