@murkhamailo you are right. He might be jealous on you. If your asaum case is approved then you are eligible to travel other country with AP expect Nepal and you don't get any problem on US immigration while returning back but if you have EAD and paying tax to government working on cheque and your asylum case is pending then you are not able to travel outside USA territory. you might travel through AP but there is a high risk so better not to travel on pending asylum case.

Then why don't you just apply your parents directly for USA. You might be living somewhere in California, New York, Chicago, Texas, Virginia or Maryland.

I didn't know if I can apply for my parents, then I will do but I want to see other members too not just dad and mom. Even my dad and mom is too old to travel and they don't know English and might suffer and lost. I don't want them to go through the difficulties in language barrier and stuff.

@murkhamailo Congrulations!!! You could apply for GC after one year of your asylum approval period I guess. Once you get GC no need to apply travel document (AP) but if you want to go to outside USA territory before issuing GC then you must need AP but don't worry USA immigration will give you entry. I'm 100% confident.

Genuine Asylum case ho bhane thik cha, hope best of luck for your all future. However, all these students who came for college, and applying Asylum because they could not pay tuition fees, they could not struggle for their life, when thouands and thousands of students have completed their college and now they are in good situation. I have complaints for those who come to California, file assylum and by their crooked dimag, their asylum is approved, they think they are boss over here. They know everything. Thinks they are superior and know better than those who hard earned their degrees. Sala khate jatha haru, ani travel document banayo, India visit garna jane bhandai luki, luki nepal chiro. Fockers, I have one in bay area, mf* I would beat his ass till he bleeds.
