Unlocking phone to Tech-savvy

Hello Mitraharu, I have i365 Motorola phone old model that I wanted to use switching the SIM card that I have from existing carrier. Anybody have any Idea how to unlock. The phone seems to be locked with the message "Enter New Special Code." I will really appreciate any help. Thanks.
