help with Nursing licence

what are the steps of getting nursing licence for a nurse from australia who is in F-2 visa in USA. I see a lot of sites that explain that but it is so confusing. I am thinking from South carolina, and have already completed CES from CGFNS but have not applied to state yet. Please jhyau namanera ek ek step deenu bhaya abhari hune thiya.

@ microbiology why do you need someone is male or female? is there a separate rule for male and female? Someone is asking for serious help, you should be able to understand from the nature of question.
