गुन्डा नाइके कुमार श्रेष्ठ 'घैंटे' मारिएको राजधानीको सामाखुसीस्थित घटनास्थलबाट प्रहरीले एकथान पेस्तोल बरामद गरेको छ। घैंटेको समूह र प्रहरीबीच गोली हानाहान भएको प्रहरी भनाइ छ। भिडन्तमा मारिएका घैंटेले प्रयोग गरेको स्कुटर भुँइमा लडेको थियो। स्कुटरमै चावी थियो। भुँइ रक्ताम्य थियो। प्रत्यक्षादर्शीका अनुसार गोली लागेका घैंटे भुँइमा उत्तानो परेका थिए। उनको खुट्टा र छातिमा गोली लागेको थियो। उनीसँगै छेवैमा अन्य दुइजना खुट्टामा गोली लागेर घाइते अवस्थामा लडेका थिए। गोली लागेका घैंटेलाइ महराजगन्जस्थित शिक्षण अस्पतालमा पुर्याउदा उनको निधन भैसकेको चिकित्सकले बताएका थिए। घट्नास्थलका तस्विरहरूः घैटेले प्रयोग गरेको भनिएको पिस्तोल। रक्ताम्य भुँइ, पिस्तोल र ढलेको स्कुटरसँगै सुरक्षा अधिकारीहरू घटनास्थलको मुचुल्का तयार पार्दै। घैटेले प्रयोग गरेको भनिएको पिस्तोल र रक्ताम्य भुँइ। सुरक्षा अधिकारीहरू घटनास्थलको मुचुल्का तयार पार्दै। भुँइको पिस्तोल उठाइदै। घटनास्थल। घटनास्थल नजिकै घैंटे बस्ने घरको गेट। घटनास्थलबाट उठाइएका गोलीका खोका। सबै तस्विरः केशव थोकर सम्बन्धित समाचार प्रहरी इन्काउन्टरमा घैँटेको मृत्यु शिक्षण अस्पतालमा घैँटे मृत घोषित भएपछि... घैँटेको हत्यापछि अाकाशमा फायरिङ: कांग्रेस नेता केसी फाेटोमा हेर्नुस इन्काउन्टर स्थल I strongly condemn the killing of Kumar Ghainte in today's dramatic encounter. What message the home ministry want to deliver to the people through this unnecessary killing in the day light in a residential area? Does this encounter indicate at souring relationship between Cong n Uml at a very difficult stage of constitution making? Has the encounter been staged in a residential area to terrorize the common people? Is it committed by a frustrated police force n state? I Just listened to the agitated , shrilling, loud n abusive voices of the police personnel recorded during the encounter at the spot. Will the voices or sound will not keep haunting me or all others who have heard this forever? I am feeling ashamed today to be in a brutal society n i am feeling freezed too. I love the country Nepal but I must say , I must hate the present state. Perhaps ,there is a very thin line that divides criminals, terrorists and politicians n it is becoming obvious in today's Nepal. It is so difficult now to know now who breaks the law n who enforces it. Madhesh movement must march ahead with full e law and who enforces it . May God save us n save our souls !!!force . That only can save us all n rescue humanity in Nepal. Now destiny of Nepal lies in the hands Madhesh. May God save us n our souls!

As a simple nepali with not any political affiliation, i salute Nepal Police for this encounter and last years Chari too. चरी मर्दा बिरोध गर्ने उस्की नाजायज प्रेमिका खुश्बू र धादिङ का एमाले थिए । आइले यो मर्दा बिरोध गर्ने नेपाली कांग्रेस र तिमी मात्र भयो । अब पालो गणेश लामा को ।।। येई गुण्डा ले दिन दहादै चन्दा माग्दै हिड़दा पुलिस ले केइ गरेन भनेर बिरोध गर्ने तिमी हरुनै !! समातेर जेल हाल्दा छुटाउन जाने तिमी हरु नै । आइले मार्दा बिरोध गर्ने तिमी हरु नै !!! यो तिमी जस्ता दई चिउरे नेपाली को बानी कइले नबुजीने भयो ।।

Agree with Nepalimannaparaunemanche. Police rule is wrong, we deserve thug rule. What's disturbing is that multiple times this guy was arrested, he was released almost immediately. Arresting is easy, keeping them locked up is not. There has to be more transparency on how criminals get released. My guess here is that Ghaite did something wrong to a rival gang that was supported by another big leader (Home minister?).

Good for Chakre Milan and Manange. If I was in Nepal I would have been the Don too. Ghaite Dai was really a brave crazy dude. He has shooting with police so many times. Even Chakre feared him no matter one time he was Chakre's right hand.

I dun blame the dons. tole ka meta haru jo backforce ma chamkincha ni ho tini ahru lai chai siddhaunu parne. Baluwatar ko fuchhe haru khoob chamkinthyo ek taka Kale Arun vanne khate Chakre ho right hand huda. Pachi Chakre le nai Kale Arun lai japad hanera gang bata nikaldyo. Aile chia tudaldevi ko Dinesh vanne jyapu Chakre ko right hand vacha, ani khate tole ka keta haru dada giri dhekaucha. Political system is messed up. J vayo thikai vayo. Americ am apani gang banayer anepali keta haru hidchan ni 4-7 people in one car, I dun like that, may be the most is 3 people which is ok.

Yesto Don giri siddhinu parchha, I agree but yesko suruwaat Prachande ra Baburam baata hunu parne ho..hamro bidambana...Prachande/baburam bhandaa kuhiyeko ra kaam nalagne aru kunai Don chhainan Nepal maa...Nepal Police ko kunai manchhe ko aaaat nai chhaina yestaa thulaa Don lai siddhyaune...
