Hi everyone, I am travelling to Bridgeport on August 15. I want to know about the things that i need to carry. Is it necessary to carry pressure cooker ?? Is it too expensive over there?? I have only bought some clothes and blanket.

I guesses you are coning from Nepal and a first timer. If you have enough room in your luggage, it's better to bring stuffs you are going to need here. Specially if you don't have someone who will take you to the mall, you won't be stucked. It costed me $35 last time for a 4 l Hawkins. Don't forget some good jackets as winter will be harsh and long. May be some northface jackets!

When I travelled to Bridgeport from Chantilly last time I carried only my back pack and my driving license. That should be enough. Why pressure cooker? Last edited: 06-Aug-15 09:09 PM

Sman_23 carried sanitary pads because his periods wouldn't stop. Three months later that dumbfuck wished he brought birth control pills too after he got pregnant.

I knew a family of 5 was suggested to buy 2 suitcase for each. Enough space and weight to carry. On each luggage they put 6-7 kg of basmati rice. They saved money on rice . I am not kidding. These people were immigrant traveling first time and just followed the advise by U.S. Returnee.
