Can TPS applicant apply for EB2 ?

Hey Guys, Can TPS applicant apply for EB2/EB3 . I am in opt and I have found that using ead obtained from TPS will void my opt ead which means my f1 status is also terminated. In that case i will have only TPS status but i have 2 years experience and degree. thank you
