Marry in india..With asylum green card you still cant go to nepal directly or show your presence in nepal. Only when you become citizen this will not affect you.

Thank you Cybro for your inputs. I appreciate that. Is there anybody who went through the marriage process? I was trying to know the timeline of the whole process (from getting married in Nepal---certifying in India---and---arrival of spouse in USA), and also the potential risk factors? I need to wait almost 5 years to get citizenship.

मित्र राष्ट्रमा गएर बिहे गर्दा हुन्छ. बिहेको प्रमाण मन्दिरले दिन्छ. भिडीयो अनि फोटोहरु नि टन्नै लिनु बिहे को प्रमाणको. बिहे दर्ता निकाल्न सके त अति उत्तम. भारतमा नि पैसाको ठूलो तागत छ. अमेरिका आएर इ-१३० apply गर्दा त्यो प्रमाणपत्र प्रयोग गर्दा हुन्छ. गोरेहरु ले चर्च र मन्दिरले इस्सु गरेको certificate लाई पनि मान्यता दिन्छ. अनि तेस्पछि इ-१३० को approval को लागि wait गर्ने. At the same time, भिसा बुलेटिन पनि हेर्दै गर्ने. अनि लास्टमा interview आउछ. अत्तिनिनु पर्दैन.
