I used to charge by 1.5 for night production support in previous project but in my current project, when i asked same, client manager says she does not know about it as no one has asked about it before and she is also new like me. k garne hola yesto awasthama?

fire gare ta baal ho.....paunu paryo ni new resource vanne bittikai....ani kati garo chha new resource lai sabai kura bujhauna vanne they know ni....only my doubt is I worked 8 hrs but during off hours so should I count it only as 8 or 8*1.5 as I worked during off hrs

40 hours per week cross nabhaye samma OT hunna..you cannot charge 1.5..
