TPS/ OPT after getting TPS EAD
Does any one have an idea what happens after I get my EAD card through TPS, right now I am on OPT and I am planning to go to school next year in summer cause I want to maintain my F-1 status? My OPT will be cancelled after I get my new EAD card then how do I maintain my status till next year summer? Thanks

In order to keep maintaining your f1 status you have to go to school from the day you get your TPS EAD as TPS EAD will cancel OPT EAD, as you can't have two EADs at the same time. Consult with your school too. This is not a legal advice. this is just an opinion.
