कब्जियत निको पार्न देखि ज्यान नै खतरामा पार्न सम्म epsom salt प्रयोग गर्छन् । विविध प्रयोग गरिने भएको हुनाले विश्वभरी बजारमा सजिलै पाइन्छ। गुगल गर्नुहोस। सिधे नुन is not MgSO4. Closest thing to सिधे नुन is Himalayan Pink Salt. सिधे नुन is not बिरे नुन or कालो नुन either. अलिकति चाख्नुस, नुनको काम गर्दैन MgSO4ले।
