EAD apply garda kun category a(12) or c(19) choose garne sathi haru please help. No previous EAD .

I guess I am confused on this one too. I put a(12). I have some relatives who consulted lawyers and they said a(12), not sure who is correct.

c(19). Thats what I did.

If you are applying TPS for the first time then it is c19. If you are renewing your TPS then it is a12.

But I heard that USCIS will take both. I have used a(12) and got my confirmation notice already.
