TPS for Nepal "Application Rejected"

I got reply from USCIS today after 2 weeks and says "To benefit from the provisions of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS0 Program, an applicant must file a complete application within the designated registration period. The TPS registration period under which you filed your application ended. Your application was postmarked after. Your application was untimely and is therefore rejected." does anyone have same issue,

that is pretty pretty strange !!! but it good to know that initial response looks quite fast in 2 weeks , you have plenty of time to refile it !!!
