I would apply TPS but apply OPT EAD & next year if nothing work out & TPS gets extended

@stha2072 Your OPT EAD will be terminated only if you apply for TPS EAD. The simple logic is that you can not have two EADs. If you just apply for TPS, you will have both status: TPS and F1 (OPT).

I think we can file TPS without EAD now. But In case we want EAD later- Can we file only EAD from TPS? Please suggest.

@tpsfornepal Right now just apply for TPS, but you have to fill EAD form too, and say NO on, are you applying for EAD? Later after TPS approves, you can apply for EAD.
