F1 status student who got TPS should pay international fees or eligible for in state? Please add if you have any information from your International student office.

Just checking to see if anyone in this thread was able to get in state tuition. I'm being denied by the school saying that I have been maintaining F1 status along with TPS and therefore won't qualify for TX residency or in-state tuition.
