Two still unswered questions: TPS related

1) It looks like if someone apply now only TPS and later if the things changes, one wants to apply TPS EAD after dec 21, it seems one can not do that , is it correct? 2) supose one is on TPS EAD, and in the meantime if adjustment of status i-485 is filled, can one obtain GC (with sister sponsorship). Another confounding factor is J1 visa, if one terminates J1 visa and stay on TPS EAD, work with it and apply to GC through sister or another employer, is it legal way to get GC?

How can I prove continuous stay in The U.S. For my parents before applying for TPS?

1)passport 2)I-94 3) Travel insurance documents . 4) show a facebook/yelp check in for visited places. ( don't laugh but this is a supporting evidence) 5) Medical records 5) write a letter stating that they are in tourist visa. there could be many more. ask the question in Avvo.com you might get an idea.
