There is no reason of filing TPS EAD since USCIS does not issue two EADs for one person. You can apply for TPS only, and later advance parole to visit Nepal.

Thanks esmen. As of right now only my I-130 is approved and waiting for my PD to be current which is going to happen within 3-4 months. Mero PD current bhaye pachi GC file garda kehi issue huncha ki hudaina. Advance parole liyera nepal gayera farkida issue hola ki nahola

As I am in J1 visa, there is clearly written on social security card, not permitted to work. Will it be helpful for me to apply for TPS EAD? Can I apply adjustment of status with TPS EAD to green card later? If the employer want to file it or from the family like sister. Any idea?
