hello guys, I'm trying to fill up this form through computer but certain part like the space in the apartment number in the form can not be written. There is barcode on the bottom of every page, sometime its empty sometime it comes with barcode can i hand fill the form?

Save/Download the form in your local drive and fill out the form, you should be able to fill out Apt # Rgd, Babu

What date you put on section "25.b" in i-821 form if you are in F1 status? For F1, there is no expiration date as it is stated as "D/S"

to my understanding it should be the date when your i20 expires.
