Applying H1B from Nepal

Hi Guys, I need your suggestions. If I apply for H1B visa from Nepal and let's say it gets picked on lottery, will it be affected being my all four siblings in US already? I had applied in student visa few years back (couple of times) n was rejected as my four siblings are in US. Please share your experiences/suggestions/opinions. Thanks!

U mean if a company in US files for ur h1b while u r in Nepal??? Provided u got selected in the lottery, presence of ur siblings in US might not affect ur visa apprival since h1 is dual intent visa (immigrant/non immigrant) while f1 was solely an non immigrant visa. Good luck....
