धेरै बोल्नै पर्दैन, फोटोले नै देखाउँछ UN को WFP ले गोरखामा कस्तो चामल बाँड्यो? By mysansar, on June 17th, 2015 WFP अर्थात् विश्व खाद्य कार्यक्रम संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ (UN) को एउटा संस्था हो। यसले नेपालका भूकम्पपीडितका लागि भन्दै विश्वभर चन्दा आह्वान गरेको तपाईँहरु सबैले देख्नुभएकै होला। अनि यसले चामल चाहिँ कस्तो बाँड्दो रहेछ त? श्रीबहादुर गुरुङले खिचेका यी फोटोहरु गोरखाको लाप्राक गाउँमा WFP ले पुर्‍याएको चामलको हो। हेर्दै थाहा हुन्छ चामलको गुणस्तर। यहाँ केहीले सरकार चोर हो, खत्तम हो भन्दै आइएनजिओलाई धेरै विश्वास गरेका देखिन्छन्। आइएनजिओको ताल पनि यस्तो छ हेर्नुस् WFP ले यहाँ मात्रै होइन काभ्रेमा पनि यस्तै गुणस्तरहीन चामल बाँडेको थियो। राष्ट्रिय मानवअधिकार आयोगले विज्ञप्ति निकाल्दै काभ्रेमा WFP ले दिएको र रेडक्रसले बाँडेको चामल गुणस्तरहीन पाएकोले कारबाही गर्न भनेको थियो। गुणस्तर तथा नापतौल विभागले पनि महादेवस्थान ८ कुन्तावेशीस्थित गोदामबाट ल्याएको नमुना परीक्षण गर्दा खाद्य गुणस्तर अनुरुप नभएको बताएको थियो।

यो त रुन्चे डल्लो पो रहेछ | दशकौ अघि नेपाल खाध्य संस्थानले पश्चिम मा चामल पठाएको गाउले ले किनेर घर लगे | कुडो बनाएर दिदा बस्तु भाउ ले पनि नखाने : " रुन्चे डल्लो " नाम बात पत्रिकामा निस्किएको थियो | यो चामल ३-४ बर्स अघिको हुनु पर्छ , चिसो ठाउमा राखिएको हुनु पर्छ ? ढुवानी गर्नु अघि स्याम्पल चेक गर्नु पर्दैन थियो ? यो चाहि सित्तैको रुन्चे डल्लो परेछ !

UN ko WFP le pathako chamal nepali proxy le beechma fer badal garna sakcha ki sakdaina? everyone knows it. and i am pretty sure UN would't do it. @ least no corruption with chamal.

Nepali or desi crooks are involved, 100% sure. Sorry to say that. Even in this catastrophic situation in our country, we Nepalese go down to this level. Yesterday my son (10 years old ) asked why Nepal is poor. I said the people's mind is poor, although I resisted saying it for a while to my son. Sorry if I've said too much.

Nepal is a poor country in terms of development of infrastructure which expedites movement of people, industries and cash flow. Nepalese are not poor, they have their at least one house for shelter and land to grow food. If we develop roads and transportation systems like in USA and Europe, we will be in better shape In terms of stale rice, if it was consumable , Finance Minister's PA Ramesh Mahat would have been sold to third party
