Actually long board is more fitness Excersise than skate board. Once I lived in OC taking a semester break and was always in long board .i had abs just by doing long boarding . It's really good for the the Abs and the obliques.

Really abs? how? Skateboard is much exercise as you have to lean and keep rolling with the toes. Longboard might be the same but it looks like its much faster and easy. Seems like tricks are easier on longboards as i see people doing dancing easily.

yep. thats what I was thinking.. I've been doing this shit for 3 years now.. I do lot more flips/tricks than these lil beautiful angels are doing.. I loved the way they're doing it though.. kindda cute..
