james bond bro abo 7-8 years sanga kina compete garnu paryo ra...mid level position haru apply garne..besides posting resume on indeed, monster, etc. so that the employers could find you, you could filter the jobs and attach your resume in the application or directly post in the company website... as far as employment verification goes you already have 2 years experience as you said..so i think you should know it by now...aba kuro ayo sponsorship ko..it depends on company..they ask you if you need sponsorship in the beginning...if they offer you the job letter, then of course they will do background processing as well as call the reference no. you have listed in application or resume...if you have genuine experience then why worry...

nirvana bro, last 2 projects ma employment verification bhanera form bhareko thiyen consultancy bata. Plus tyo bela ma ta h1 ma thiyen, ahile sponsorship ko issue chhaina. All I wanted to ask was, do end clients verify all of your previous check like a background check? 2 years ko genuine experience le kaam khojeko 4 months ma 2-3 calls aayo, and the pay is very very low.

james bond bro, I am not sure how deeply they go into background checking regarding previous work experience but how do you think consultancies are able to show 5-7 yrs experience to a newbie? He still has to go through all the background checking process... I don't know what is your field in IT, so i wouldn't know about the pay being low or not getting enough calls. But as far as i know, if you have 2 years experience in IT, pay shouldn't be that bad..

Hi james bond, It is great to know that you have managed to land in IT field of your own for last two years as you have mentioned but same time you are afraid of Employment verification. How you did your previous jobs- they did not ask employment verification? By this time you have got answer to your question, if not post your difficulties, may be someone can help you? By the way how you managed to get your first job by your own, can you share if you don't mind?
