Initiative for development manager or Architect position
worked as senior developer for several years working as Project development Lead and managing multiple projects and several developers After 6 months, planning to go with development manager or Architect position Never found any Nepali architect or manager in any of the companies I have worked. Any architect and hiring/development manager in sajha???
