I have to send some collectible stamps to Nepal, that I had brought here in US. The overall value is less than $75 so I am thinking of using USPS First-Class Package International Service™ (approx $16.25) to send to an address outside of Kathmandu. I am not sure if it would reach the final destination. Few years back, I had sent a small gift via USPS Registered mail to Nepal and it never reached. I think, while shipping there is a check-box to assert that the package doesn't require custom clearance (to say that USPS doesn't bear guarantees). IMO this stuff, collectible stamps, should not need custom clearance?   But I thought I would ask my fellow Sajhaiites about their experience sending Mails through USPS to Nepal (especially, outside Kathmandu, to Biratnagar).
