Agreed, There is nothing we can do except sharing and having a discussion over the internet. I wish we can form a ग्यांग , let's say (ग्रोउप ) to penalize such culprit. त्यो acid attacker ko haat ani rapist ko laund katna, i honestly won't hesitate, though i follow peace against violence.
