Hi, i guess you have already assigned her for a wheel chair assistance, if not then i would recommend one .. if you have done wheelchair assistance, then i think she will not have any problems .. last time i had my parents come here by wheel chair assistance, and they didnt have any such problem.. hope you find someone coming during that time to Chicago, best wishes,

Thank you @Trainingguy and @mno for your insight. I will make sure I have that feature added. She is pretty old and frail, so she will need the wheelchair option anyways. I think the wheelchair is not just for people that are like totally immobile, if you are sick, or have had recent surgery and can't run around back and forth between terminals, anyone with any sort of physical restriction can ask for it. at least that's how i see it. Maybe i am wrong..
