Kiddo what makes you think this implies that it only happens in Nepal? Do you think it's justified if it happens in other countries too? Do you think genocide is justified because it has happened in other countries too? I hope you are not trying to justify your relatives getting free treatment money from the government. Not sure if we intentionally change the meaning of what's said or we actually don't understand what's said. Do you really think anybody would support what's happening or say it is justified? Even the ones misusing the fund wouldn't argue that it is justified to take it from the poor and feed the leaders. Come on now. If I really have to spell it out, I was referring to the quality of the cartoon posted. You created a new thread to post this cartoon, its your prerogative. It is my right to like it or not like it, and I commented saying this is not really a good cartoon because Nepal is not the only place it happens. Go to TOI and you find many references on this. But if you want to be ignorant and think that's what I posted, then okay - I support genocide. Happy?

Seems like now you are trying to justify your initial comment. Anyone would draw the conclusion from your initial comment - that in some way you felt it was OK for this to happen in Nepal since it happens in other countries too. This is sajha bro JPT बोल्यो कि पोल्यो :)

Ofcourse, we shouldn't get surprised - when PM Koirala gets more publicity when he donates one month of his salary to distribute rugs to poor people than  - when he spends 50 Lakh rupees for his own personal use (medical purpose) from PM Welfare Fund coming from the donations of the thousands of ordinary Nepali people's salary.

Well, I am not a politician officially sworn to work for the betterment of Nepal and Nepalis. I don't have the infrastructure and resources required to make such swooping contributions. (Don't get me wrong, I do small things that I can and contribute $$ when I can.) Why are you asking me to do something that is the duty of the politicians, who are even getting paid to do their jobs? Do you feel their inaction to help the needy and their excessive expenses are justified?

Just curious : citizens make baby one after another and we conclude that poor people has nothing for pleasure and sex is the only option, we like to blame government on this matter , where is our own responsibility? We can argue , no money to buy contraceptive , no free distribution. How about ejaculation outside vegina , again we can argue sex is for pleasure and that will not give pleasure and satisfaction . For certain thing we should take responsibility and can not blame other all the time.
