My wife put these documents : 1. Letter from me (I wrote a letter to US embassy stating that she is my wife and please issue H4 visa for her ) 2. Employment verification letter from my company (I asked company to mention my wife name in there and I can support her living here in US) 3. What form does dependent have to fill for H4 visa stamping or dependent just have to fill the same ds160 as for h1 stamping? Your input will be appreciated.
