I am going to tell you all a story about Bogati sister. You would have never heard this story before. It is very important for people living in the same society to know what kind of people they are dealing with in their daily life. Sudha Bogati came to USA on a tourist Visa and got married with an American citizen to get the green card. Post her marriage to the American citizen and getting the green card, she again got married with a Nepalese man without telling him about her previous marriage to the American citizen. Her second marriage proved to be a disaster due to lack of trust, misunderstandings, and absence of any kind of family values and disrespect. She followed the instructions given by her sister, Bina Bogati told her to do. Sudha Bogati focused on her maternal family side and never worried about her married life and her husband or in-laws. Later on both sisters decided to buy a restaurant (Kastori Grill) and they both were equal partner of the Restaurant. Restaurant became a hit and started making enough money and Sudha decided to transfer the complete ownership to her sister Bina. But before that she filed for divorce with her second husband with the help of her sister and her younger brother. The reason behind the divorce was money. Sudha Bogati was a pathological liar. She lied while filing her tax, she lied to court saying she has finished her bachelor’s degree but she had never even finished community college. She had a bachelor’s degree listed on her resume but she never went to college. She filed for the divorce and asked the court to have a restraining order for her second husband so that he will not be able to see/visit his son. Her second husband was not able to see and meet his son for 3 months before the court gave order for temporary visitation right. Bina Bogati asked Sudha Bogati to file for the restraining order( see documents at Facebook page). All her family members testified against her second husband in court to make his life miserable. For a period of one year they hired an attorney to make their case strong and so that her husband will lose the case whatever he wants. His second husband fought hard to get the visitation rights and decision making right for his son. In the end the court decided that her husband will not have any right to visit his son. Despite their attempt to prove that Sudha Bogati was not a part of the restaurant, court gave his decision saying she was/ is a part of the Restaurant. Miss Sudha Boagti was also arrested by Charlotte NC police on the charges of shoplifting. Bina Bogati came to USA on a student Visa and during summer she worked at Shaib Indian restaurant and she fell in love with the owner Paramjit Singh who had come to USA illegally. He did not have any legal status and he had never finished his high school also. Bina Bogati got married to Paramjit Singh for money. While Bina bogati was married to Paramjit Singh she also got married to an America citizen to get the green card at the same time. Technically she had two husbands at same time. She gave birth to her first child with her first husband and maintained the relationship with her second husband. Parmajit Singh got married with girl friend of her wife’s younger brother for green card while he was married with Bina Bogati but for some reason Pramjit Singh got divorced with his American wife (reason unknown). There was a rumor that Mr. Paramjit Singh had an affair with some other girl and he had a child with that woman and still maintained that relationship. This is the reason that he needed money to support her too. Bina Bogati and Paramjit Singh legally had two husbands and two wives at the same time which was actually illegal. Paramjit Singh was arrested by USCIS and was put in jail for almost a year. Before he went to jail he was working for his father’s restaurant and he never filed tax and did all the fraudulent activities and never paid the actual sales tax. Bina Bogati and Paramjit Singh helped his father to open the restaurant called “East India Grill” and did so many fraudulent activities embezzling approximately 300K and Paramjit Singh’s father kicked both of them out from his restaurant (I am not sure how true this story is. I got this information when I talked to the father of Paramjit Singh). Based on the conversation with his father he told me that Paramjit Singh and Bina Bogati tried to poison him and they did not allow him to see his grandchildren. Both Paramjit Singh and Bina Bogati made cash through different means but never filed the proper tax. Bina Bogati had DSHS for health insurance for her children despite being able to afford private insurance. It is a crime to hide the right income and get the benefits from the government; but they did this until I complained to DSHS. After departing from his father’s restaurant they opened Kastorri grill with Sudha Bogati being a 50 % partner. I was able see all those illegal activities when I was involved in that restaurant. Paramjit and Bina paid only 25 to 30% state tax from the total sale. They did not pay the actual sales tax. Pramajit Singh used to get the payment as personal check for the restaurant income. He used to ask the customer to write check on his name and not on the business’ name. He used to give salary for each month as cash and never filed tax at the end of the year. They always filed loss while filing tax despite restaurant making good money. Restaurant used to make 60 to 70 k per month in revenue. They used to pay very minimum amount to the employees and paid their salary in cash. At any given time they hired multiple documented worker and refugees from Bhutan. They used to change bank account every year to hide the tracing of their financial transactions and status. Bina Bogati made a legal declaration to the court saying that Sudha Bogati was never a part of the Kastoori grill but later court was convinced that Sudha Bogati was holding 50% owner ship of the Kastoori Grill (see documents at Facebook page). Lying to court is considered as perjury but Bina Bogati did not stop here. She lied to the social worker about things which happen between me and Sudha Bogati. I was not happy about the things they did and I complained many times but they were not eager to change their habits and then crated more distance in our married life. At the end both sisters came up to the decision to kick me out of the restaurant by making Bina Bogati 100% owner. On Jan 2013, Sudha Bogati made Bina Bogati 100% owner and filed for divorce. These people will do anything for money. It is very important that the tax fraud, DSHS fraud, and other finical frauds are serious social diseases. We often worry about terrorist attacks from different countries but these activities done by these people are worst than any terrorist acts. This is called social terrorism. These people are raping the society day and night and the government does not do anything despite filing numerous complaints. I have filed many complains to IRS, DSHS, State, and Labor Departments. It is time for common people to fight back. These people need to be outcasted from the society. These two sisters act cool in the society but the acts they are doing to society is heinous and they should be punished. I have included all the SMS conversations and other documents to prove whatever I said was correct. I am not here to play the blame game. I have all the documents to prove what I said was true despite few rumors. Result of this battle is that my son lost his father. And I lost my son. I can only see my son two days a months and I cannot bring him anywhere outside of Seattle. All I am doing is fighting for my son. What’s his fault? What harm I will cause to see my son. One should raise questions to those women who use their children to get back out their exes. Judges need to stop this, because men may not have been great husbands but that says nothing of their abilities to be a father. These women need to be ostracized.
