Work hard and get up to 500K in your invesment account, typically that provides 12% YoY return if invested in ETFs for a return of 60K a year, taxed at 15% capital gains or 51k a year. Rest work, most professional fields (like you seem to be in) pay close to 100k these days after a few years exp, and most professional people have professional spouses, so lets say 175k year salary a year alone. All together 225k a year. Reinvest that wisely and soon you'll be sitting pretty at 3-4 mil. Now use that money to pick up a couple of McDonald's franchises etc.. then use that money to start some charity, and become CNN hero.
