24 years ago from today, Nepal lost one of the most prolific and prominent singer/musician. A true legend in Nepali music history, you can almost say he was the entire history. When I think about Nepali movie and music Industry and compare that to Bollywood, I have to say the comparison is not apt since Bollywood is matured and vast industry. However, when I think of Naryan Gopal, I can proudly say no other industry can produce such a talent, such a voice. He didn't just sing a song, he picked his songs, caressed the song writers, sometimes gave his songs music and then felt and experienced his songs. Here's to the late maestro, Mr. Naryan Gopal.

Thanks for sharing, riddle. I still listen to swargiya Narayan Gopal's songs with the same enthusiasm that I did when I was a kid, simply timeless. I feel that we need to acknowledge and honor these stars every now and then. A humble suggestion to San ji.
