Info on NIW-EB2 filing
Hi Sajha family: please help me with these 2 questions regarding NIW ? 1. Do you know any lawyer who is expert in NIW applications? I heard there is one in NY, who only takes case if he/she sees the potential of approval. Please share some info based on your experience. I don't have enough time so planning to use good lawyer. 2. Yedi case reject bhayo bhane, does this affect further immigration work? for example renewing I20 or while applying for EAD (OPT card after graduation). Thanks.
